Recharging on the beach

Since last Friday afternoon I nourish myself being in nature. Recharge battery which is always good to do. I'm the kind of type who keeps on going due to inspiration is endless and faster then what I can produce. Breathing in fresh air just follows my rhythm of my lungs, easy.
I have been working on a few new works which might give the audience the word 'different' in their mind. For me it shows growth and more connection to my authenticity in my art. The sources of inspiration are still the same; animals, details, colours in nature. It's the melting of my realism, figurative and emotive way of painting which shows in my new works.
In the upcoming Winter Exhibition at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wellington, 16 June-8 July, there will be 2 new works present which are 'different'. Once the exhibition is running I will post them on my website and my Facebook page @echt.nz
