New beginnings

On my facebook page I already mentioned I took the time to settle the kids in at University. They are up and running and on top of this they are both happy chaps where they are. I have to say they are 2 beautiful young adults! Having quality time together, just before Uni started at the flat of the oldest, was the highlight in my heart this summer. Coming home after a few days was strange. It took a while before I entered my cave. Once entered new works started to develop and I just went with the flow of my intuition. I will be working very silently on those new works, self portraits, because I like to make a serie of them in the upcoming months. I will keep you posted.

I made some choices for a few new animals. Nothing on the canvas yet as it first needs to grow inside myself before the creation can come out.

And ... more new steps are coming up! I started to combine abstract with my realistic animals. I'm very excited about this step.
